Rachael is excited to serve on staff at ABC as a Ministry Resident. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she graduated from the University of Virginia in 2025. Throughout college, Rachael became deeply involved in campus ministry, serving in leadership, discipleship, and worship while developing a growing heart for the local church and global missions. Most recently, she spent two months in Mexico City serving alongside El Pozo de Vida, a Christian organization working to combat human trafficking and support vulnerable communities.

Through these experiences, the Lord has continued to grow Rachael’s passion for theology, discipleship, biblical justice, and seeing the Church participate in God’s work of redemption both locally and globally. She especially loves walking alongside others as they grow in their relationship with Jesus and creating spaces where people can experience genuine Christian community. During her residency, she is excited to continue learning what faithful ministry and leadership look like while serving the different ministries and people of ABC.

Outside of ministry, Rachael loves spending time with friends and family, playing sports, exploring new places and cultures, and trying pretty much any kind of food. She finds rest in creating and discovering new things, whether that means digging into a good theology book, writing her next Substack post, experimenting with photography or art, or adding yet another genre to her increasingly eclectic music taste.
