Marian Garrett
Marian grew up on the other side of the Potomac River in a Christian home where she accepted the gift of salvation at a young age. However it was through many trials in life that she allowed Christ to be her Lord.
After graduating from Wheaton College (IL) with a BA in psychology, she spent three years doing ministry in Taiwan. Upon returning to the States, she worked for several years in government research in the area of mental health and substance abuse.
Marian is married to Ben and they are blessed to be parents of two sons, whom she has stayed at home raising (including several years of homeschooling) before coming on staff at ABC. She considers it a privilege to be able to serve at the church she’s called home since 2014.
In her free time, Marian enjoys gardening, reading, and small group Bible study.
